The Pro Fitness Program Newsletter makes a grand return this month. Our last issue was released December 2016 after almost 15 years of regular circulation. The old PDF version has now been replaced with a new digital format. The new platform allows for more current and impactful methods of teaching and sharing information like video.
The newsletter will circulate 4 - 6 times per year. We are asking our clients to provide us with questions for the Q and A section as well as any stories or feature articles on a staff member that they would like featured.
In this month's issue we discuss some major updates for our company and outline the various on line training and in person conference opportunities.
