Pro Fitness Leadership Training Seminar

Posted March 31, 2016 in News, Blog

We are pleased to announce that Pro Fitness Program President Jeff Russo will be conducting a series of leadership training seminars starting April 1st. This service will be made available to all of our Comprehensive Co Management clients. Each seminar will be 90 minutes in length and start at 11AM EST on the Fridays of April 1st, June 3rd, August 5th, October 7th and December 2nd.

The goal of this workshop is to challenge and equip our owners and managers to reflect on where they are in terms of their leadership level and to outline and provide examples of the stages and process of developing into a high level leader.

No matter how effective our business operating systems are, the greatest stumbling block to customer service and business growth is a lack of effective leadership. The failure of so many owners and managers in the business world, to attain followers who want to serve and produce because they are inspired by a shared vision and by a leader who exemplifies the qualities of a servant leader, is at the heart of their failure to grow.

For more information on the course materials that you need to order and to get a personal invite to this series please email jeffr@profitnessprogram.com

"A leader is great not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others. You can love people without leading them, but you cannot lead people without loving them."

Pro Fitness Program Featured on Local South Carolina News

Posted February 29, 2016 in News, Blog

Recently a local television station in South Carolina did a morning interview with one of our PFP Clubs, The Spartanburg Athletic Club. Club Manager Daphne Billings and Fitness Consultant Amy Bogan did an outstanding job presenting the value of our assessment program on the show Your Carolina.

Click here to watch the short interview. I think the interviewers, Jack and Megan, need some work on balance and proprioception, and would benefit from our health related assessment created uniquely for PFP by Dr. James Manson.
